IAC is new tested bad
new plugs wires cap and rotor

If your IAC is bad, that would be something to fix

replaced it when it tested bad.

check timing? check compresssion? vacuum leaks? vacuum tube to tranny (if it isnt electronic)? check codes? which tranny it have? check tranny fluid level? if you give it some gas, does it still stall?

Have you checked the EGR and the sensor for it as well? I'm having that issue currently and it only tries killing itself after start up and putting the truck in drive or reverse....

My EVP or the EGR positioning sensor is going bad on mine. $30 fix right there...

trans fluid is good e4od tranny
no codes
motor is sound internally
goes not stall all the time about every other start
