I was getting an oil change today, and the idiot went to crank my bronco and forgot to put oil in it. It was only a short crank, bc it made a really nasty noise and he realized he had screwed up.....Do you think anything may have gotten damaged?

The oil the lube places use would probably do more damage then running no oil at all. :banghead The bulk oil in the shop i work in is more like cooking oil not motor oil.

Unless your oil pressure is low or theres an engine knock, its nothing to worry about. Every morning your engine starts up with no oil.
