I just bought a 96 Bronco and it has an issue with starting. When you first crank it will turnover but never start just crank. If you turn the key to off the try again it will fire up can someone point me in a direction to fix this?

search for fuel pump problems, sounds like your having one.

check fuel pressure at the fuel rail, key on engine off should be 35- 40lbs.

Try just turning the key ON and letting it sit for a good 15 seconds then see if it will fire up. Like clifton said sounds like you are having fuel problems.
