I noticed when I’m trying to turn that the wheels don’t turn completely with steering wheel, the truck keeps moving straight even after turning steering wheel right or left it takes more turning to get wheels to fulling move, if that makes any sense? Need to know what to replace fast.

Wow that sounds serious (and dangerous)! Unless your steering gear has turned into a bowl of soup, you should be able to visually inspect all the moving parts to your steering. Based on your description, I’d check your steering coupler first - some call it a rag joint. It’s a rubber u-joint on your steering shaft close to the steering gear, usual under a plastic dust cover. It could be trashed. If it’s not that, have a friend turn the wheel back and forth with the key on (engine off) while you lay underneath looking for sloppy parts - anything with a rubber boot on it.
