Well my passanger side steering knuckle has to be changed out. I am waiting for my Haynes manual and Chilton manual to come in this week before I get to work. Just trying to find out what kind of fun I have to look foward to? Will this be a all day affair? Will i have to rent tools? Any advice would be welcomed.

Do a search there is a write up on doing the ball joints and 100's of threads with the info you need already posted.

you will need a ball joint seperator for sure, its not to bad the biggest thing is taking apart the hubs. you will need a spindle socket, some snap rings pilers also.

i use a press instead of the ball joint separator. should be a 2 hour job tops.
