i'm putting my '89 sterling back together after having it apart for about a year wile i cleaned everythgin and saved for my detroit. so i pressed in the new bearings and checked to make sure everything was seated properly. put in the new seal. and put on the hubs and torqued the spindle nut to 60ftlb like my hanes says and then backed off 5 clicks. i can bearly turn the hub by hand now. it's really tight. the bearings only have a very light coat of engine oil on them. did i do somethgin wrong here? i was gunna take it to get the new gears set up next week but i wanna make sure i have the outers all put together before so i can just fill it up and let it sit wile i put the outers back on the 60.
