Ok. I was blowing oil out from the intake under the thermostat housing. After several failed attempts at trying to plug it with more RTV, I broke down and finally did tear the top end off and replaced the intake and upper plenum gaskets and guess what, it blew out again! I checked the pcv system and it is clear. What else could it be? I thought of the oil pump which I replaced before dropping it in but it is stock pump, shouldn't be pumping out too high a pressure. Any suggestions?

If its a high mileage motor it could be excessive blow by. Meaning some piston rings may be worn, or stuck letting combustion gases enter the crankcase and that builds up pressure blowing oil out of the motor. do you also have oil in your filter or breather box?
