The MAF sensor will be included I didnt think of the O2
Yeah, 96s have 3 O2 sensors. Drill a bung and weld a nut in the stock location. You should be good to go from there.
pre and post(cat) 02s, some thing like two in the y pipe and one after the kitty
kinda hoping some one will chime in about the M.L.P.S.
almost seems like something else
~1994 they redesigned the plug on the MLPS. I don't remember if the pin locations changed, just that the style of plug changed. You may need a 94+ MLPS if that's the case, or use your old plug and rewire it on the newer harness.
when is this beast going in?
also the tfi will need moved to the fender
ok Another development Im thinking of just getting the 96 long block for the fact of it being a roller motor Can I just put all my EFI stuff on and use my original computer because I wouldnt be using the mass air?
yes, that would be the easier way to go.

Just remember your distributor should have a cast iron gear and that won't work with the steel roller cam. So you'll have to swap the gear to use your dizzy.

MAF is what you really want though.

hes only gunna want MAF if he plans to do heavy duty tuning in the future
sd would be just fine for a stock motor:thumbup

I agree with that, but once you experience the smoother power band of MAF, you'll never want to go back. I think it would be better and easier in the long run to just go MAF now. You can break it out while you're in there, instead of wanting to put in a cam and realizing you wont get anything out of it because SD doesnt read it.

not if you pick the correct cam;)

but it all depends on 1cleans desired outcome

i agree. however, when i was at mcnews automotive, they told me that the sd computer is better suited for building hp. they tune the shiat out of them and make awesome power with them.

for the backyard guy, maf is better bc it dosent require a custom tune for each mod.

carry on:beer

Yes and no.

Check out Fireguy's site... he's got an explanation of the pros/cons of each strategy.
See I'm really looking for reliability I'm never selling the bronco and it will be used as a wheeler and a Family Travel vehicle. I don't drive it every day so I'm not looking for an HP monster Ill build a corvette or a mustang for that aspect. This is why I'm torn between the two Ive heard pros and cons with both the main thing is the SD I cant upgrade the cam Woopty do The truck doesn't need to Lope. With the Roller do I want to worry about changing it to mass air I remember the problems I had with it in my cobra. I cant ask for fuel efficiency in a bronco but I want to be able to make it as efficient and reliable as possible with my set up. I think what Im going to do is pull my motor and inspect it then decide from there. There will be more to come.
