hey guy...im having trouble being able to tell if the t-case on my bronco is still working...

i moved out here to florida and theres no places to try to get stuck or anything, and im kinda machanically n00b..

so....what a different way to find out if my 4x4 still works?

(Oh by the way, when i put in in 4hi or 4lo, the 4x4 light comes on)

what year of fsb do you i have a 94 and i know when i put mine in just 4hi it makes a click and when i put it in 4lo i have to have the tranny in nuetral and the foot on the brake and it makes a clunk sound when it engages i have the push button type

mines a 90, have the stick type haha...but yeah, i do put it in neutral and all...but it doesnt seem like its engaging at all...i dont know what would be wrong with it

jackstands? put ther truck up on jack stands and engauge the t-case. make sure the truck is pointed so if it falls off the stands it doesn't run into anything. then put her in gear and see how many tires turn?

i have auto hubs...that crossed my mind to...maybe its the hubs...but i dont know im just very angry haha

oddly enough i got good annd stuck a few weekends ago, just ask flamudslinger or anybody else that was there.

yeah, i think its the hubs...

i took it for a drive alil while ago and put it in 4hi...no difference, then 4lo, and it felt like 4 lo usually does...so i think its the POS auto hubs!

so yeah...time to go to discount and get a pair of manual!
