Anyone heard of this tent? http://www.jumpingjacktrailers.com/ I saw come outside Cabela's while I was in Phoenix a few weeks ago. It looked pretty bitchin just for the fact that you could haul stuff on the top and when you weren't camping, you could pull the tent stuff out and have a utility trailer. IIRC they were around $3000 for the base model.

That concept isn't new...I've seen them like that before.
I wouldn't mind having one for offroad camping...pretty cool in my book!

I wonder how good the quality of the Canvas? Thats the problems with tent trailers, the canvas rots out or wears out, and leaks water after a certain amount of time (2 years?)

but still, i think, "Why didn't I think of that???"

I saw one of those in a show about 2 years ago and was very impressed.... Back then they had a model that would fit in a truck bed as well... I really like it though and almost bought one... Change out the suspension and put some matching wheels/tires, and it would be an awesome off road camper.
