Has anyone ever used a threaded sleeve (T-bolt) and machine screw setup for securing those nagging door panels? If I could find the right size sleeve (I've never seen the small sleeves in a Home Depot, etc.) I would think you could JB Weld it to the door and then screw the panel into the sleeve.

Use Drywall anchors....I used them and posted a "tech write up" on how to do it....Made it more then bearable.

You can get a *grip Sert* or what some folks call a *Plus Nut* from anyone in your area that does Work Van Shelving installs, Like WeatherGuard or Adrian Steele. I used to have a handful around at my old job. Normally they were Quarter Twenty and thats a good size I think, You shouldnt need JB weld for these Either, they will expand to fit the hole

Thanx David, those are the sleeves I was thinking of that accept a machine screw.
