Hey everyone so with the help of you guys i found out my shift lever screws under the dash were loose causing a random no start unless i pulled up on the shift lever. When i was down there i noticed my throttle pedal was all the way to the left of the splined shaft. Went and looked at my dads 03 f350 and sure enough his pedal is dead center on the splined shaft. Im not sure how long its been like that but i had to clean the splines off with some wd40 and took a little effort to work the pedal onto the splines and center it up. Has anyone else seen this? Would it cause any issues with it being off center?

My peddle was dislodged from the spline when I bought rig. I just got a replacement at the JY. Haven't had any issues since. Maybe just a design flaw.

Yo fordbronco1995,
Only perpetrators I have found are; "Surrounding components such as wiring, hoses, sound insulator and floor covering must not contact the sliding inner member of the cable or the accelerator pedal assembly." by Ford
