Trust me, I searched before I asked this question..

If I can turn a tie rod and drag link, does that mean the tie rod end is needing to be replaced, as well as the draglink or should I just have to buy new bushings?

bushings?..in a tie rod or drag link? They are designed to rotate..they just should not have any slop/play in the bal joints..

is it spinning when you try to remove it ? if so it needs replacing

Basically, I can rotate the tie rod and drag link up and down, not much but enough for me to ask this question. I'm assuming there's bushings between the two connections.

If I understand what you are saying...everything is OK

Nothing in the tie rods and drag link but ball-joint ends. If they are really loose then they will have play other than simply rotation. If they have play..you have to replace the offending part that has the loose joint(s). There are no replaceable wear parts like bushings in the tie rod or drag link...you replace the whole piece(s).

Have somebody rock your steering wheel while you look at the front end if you have side play in the joints their worn out that's it.:thumbup
