Ok guys my donor 1985 F250 2 wheel drive with an L6 automatic transmission needs to go to the crusher soon so the next in line can get plundered (not a lot of room at my personal shop) it was supposed to run when my buddy’s dad bought it, they tried to fire it and it wouldn’t crank so they let it sit under a tree for 3 years. I bought it for the doors, the left fender (only good one), the almost new radiator, light covers and housings, and the vinyl floor mat. Tires go back to my buddies dad for there international.
I may keep the L6 since it hand cranks rather easy. I got my $$ worth for what I kept.
Now since every part needs a price $100 obo for any part on the truck if you don’t want to pay $100 for the headlight switch use the obo option. You want the bed $100 it was a liner so I’d have to lift it to check conditions.
I will ship on the buyers dime
I’ll take any specific pictures you want before after or during me pulling the part you want. If it’s broke or looks like it will be soon I’ll tell ya upfront. This is a coastal rig so it has rust. If you want to come look at it it’s in Tillamook and I’m forcibly retired so tell me when you want to come. I don’t have a ton of space to store parts so if you want it I’ll hold it for a couple weeks but the truck is going to the sqwishy within the next 2-3 weeks.
I have another one coming so if you decide you don’t want a part I pulled I’ll chuck it in the next scrap bound truck.

if I need to add or remove anything from this post (admins) just let me know.

As I pull the shi+ I just can let get crushed I’ll post it to update.
First up the gray dash complete metals rusted but the plastic all appears to be in decent shape. The dash cover as expected all kinds mucked up maybe you can practice your vinyl skills or fiberglass it .. think carbon fiber!!!
So $50 for everything except my boot and gravel. I’ll ship it if you want to pay shipping upfront. I’ll gladly take any additional photos and spot clean a few pieces but if you want the whole thing clean add $20 for my time and material.

Chrome window trim, oxidized only seem one little bend finger pointing at it. A little mother’s aluminum polish outer shine by hand the shiny center was a dremel but in my cordless drill how’s $20 sound bottom is the longest piece but could be shipped in a poster tube on your dime they should polish up nicely.

Bumper, stock scratched, light rust on the inside. Square holes are slightly rounded from having rusted bolts, had to weld nuts on the heads to remove it.
How’s $20 sound? It’s likely to long and heavy to ship but if your paying shipping I’ll ship it. Have it sandblasted and powder coated maybe? Modify it with a receiver hitch?

I yarded out the 300 L6 with the automatic transmission attached, I never ran this truck so never drove it, the fluid that I let run out the output shaft smelled slightly burnt didn’t see any metal flakes but the truck was obviously driving before it hit the highway sign. It has sat for at least 5 years. $100 obo I’ll separate it from the block tomorrow and see if I can find it’s tag to better identify it.

I need to see the transmission oil pan. Identifying automatic transmissions is done from the shape and bolt and number of bolt holes in he pan

I hope this helps
Thanks spw I’ll roll it on it’s side and take a look tomorrow. Had to pickup the father-in-law from the Vancouver VA inpatient therapy (double amputee learning to walk) at which time I set my ammo can full of ratchets straps down while securing his jazzy chair and drove off leaving a mostly full ammo can of straps on the ground  won’t know till tomorrow if there in lost and found.

Ok guys I got the F150 4X and before the drool starts the po wants the rear ended back, I’m keeping the front suspension and axle, drive line, transmission and T-case, rear bumper and taillights. It is an 86 with a 302 EFI non running I didn’t even try to spin it yet, I’m capable of pulling a compression test if someone is genuinely interested in it. Same deal make an offer shipped on your dime. And seriously if you need a small easy to pull part buy me a drink for pulling it and I’ll ship it on your dime ....as long as we’re reasonable don’t expect me to shop you the C6 from the 2X for $10 plus shipping $50 we’ll talk ;)

Yo MojoJojo,

If the 1985 F250 is gone, want me to edit it out and insert F150 4X4? What year is the F150 4X4?

Edited the year in, we still have the F250 we’re scrapping the cab stripping the front of frame and making a utility trailer out of it and will likely sell or scrap the dodge trailer. Thanks.

My scrap guy is picking it up on July 8th or shortly after. Can get specific pics if needed and there’s some kinda axle sway brackets on the frame that mount to the ubolts, can’t decide if there worth the effort had to cut the ubolts Oregon coastal loctite all over it.
