Where should i set my timing i put in a new timing chain set it at 10 btdc but it smell very rich.....i think it might have something to do with the bullshit e85 gas

Um I really hope your arent running E85 in your truck... im going to assume you meant E10. (E85 is ~85% Ethanol, E10 is ~10% Ethanol) E85 is corrosive to old fuel systems and wrecks havoc on the seals/metals used in older fuel systems. E10 is not a problem in older fuel systems, its not ideal but it still works fine.
Anyway assuming you did mean E10 then that should not cause any problems with your timing. I cant give any advice on the timing chain though since I havent changed one on these engines yet.

Since we have no year, make, model, or engine to go from, s/he could be working on anything.

I'm not even going to take a stab at this one.

sig the flux capacitor is cross wired.
