Been hording these for awhile getting ideas.

Seen a couple other threads with these scattered about here, and on other sites figured I'd put 'em in the same place.

Feel free to add.

Thanks Shadofax. I was looking for yours in your build threads, musta missed em. Didn't scour yer supermotors. Gonna keep adding as I find more.
I like the second and fourth groups of pictures. The trac bar mount needs to be attached to 2 sides of the frame pretty solid.
I don't like the ones that are you welded to the bottom of the frame. Also, for reference, don't weld anything thicker than the frame to just one side of the frame (I wouldn't do both sides if I could help it). With the amount of stress that is on the trac bar, it might start ripping the frame.
ok im bringing this post back... im re-making my trac bar mount... lower mount is being chopped off and trac bar mounted on top(the little box thing is wallowed out)...
ive got some 2x6 tube i was gonna use and copy GKR's... however...WTF are you guys using for spacers... unfortunatley the 2x4 section of mine(currently a crazed design)...the ID of the box is too narrow for the heim and my standard mis alignment spacers... its like half washers and one misalignment spacer... its gay...

maybe ill just go to the shop and use the lathe to make some

any advise?

Mine just has random washers, a spacer would be cool, but would def have to be custom made
ive got SS standard heim misalignment spacers... they dont allow for as much pivoting as the "high mis alignment spacer" but they keep the 3/4inch bolt...i thi nk they are 9/16" wide...

giot them from BTF or ballistic i forget...either way there is too much play area and it moves at the top mount( slides back and forth, prolly only 1/2 inch but it clanks a little)

.75 inch pipe IIRC. it's 1" x .75 inner and sleeves the 3/4" bolt perfectly and is actually a hair thicker than .120 tubing at .125" wall, also does not interfere with the heim.

This is the one I had for my 96 F350. It bolts on like (flat face towards rear) that to the forward face of the rear engine x member lip on the drivers side. The x member was the same as the TTB xmember on the bronco.
If you look in this pic to the area I described you can see where the old trac bar mounts.

and actually if you line up the axle and get the axle end (lower) trac bar mount set up you could probably use the pass side I beam pivot point (bracket) as the trac bar mount.
Edit: Just realized thems some big pics!
