No pics of this, but when trapping once, we ran across a guy who had just shot a deer with his bow, and left the gut pile by a tree. We set a few traps around the pile, hoping for a couple carnivores, especially since we had seen a bobcat in The area not long before. The next morning, all I had caught was a lone crow. His foot was mangled, but otherwise in good health. I grabbed him over the wings, slid the trap so I could release it, and opened the foothold up. He took off to roost and rest I'm sure. He is known now as the peg-legged crow lol!
