i have a 91 bronco with a man. transfer case the case has gone bad i also
have a good case from a 90 bronco however the 90 case is electric shift does anyone know if it is possible to convert the electric case to man. shift or should i just attempt to hook up the wiring in the truck to be able to use the electric case as is in the man. truck

The housing and internal shift mechanism is different between the manual and electric t-cases. You can open both cases and use the good parts from both to make one good manual t-case.

How hard would it be to take the output shaft off the electric Tcase and put it in the manual. I too have 2 transfer cases sitting around.

Not hard. Basic tools are a socket for the rear yoke, torx bit for the case bolts, good pair of c-clip pliers. I've got two cases disassembled on my workbench, took about 20 mins per t-case to disassemble.
