Yes, you can. But as steve stated, the main issue is your 150 Tcase is likely slipyoke end whereas the Bronco has the short housing and flange end. These can be swapped (along with the shaft). The other potential issue is that if you have an E4OD like my '95 bronco, you'll need the manual shifter linkage (I'm converting from electric shift to manual). You may not be doing this though.
