So as some of you may know i am anout ready to replace my trans with a lower miles one and I have two choices for t-cases. one is the currently used one that backs the 1989 AOD, the seccond was in my 1987 bronco parts truck that had a C6. As far as I know they're differant t-cases. does this mean the ratio in low range differs between the two? also if i was to use the 87 in the 89 would there be a linkage problem seeing as the shift levers were in two seperate locations between the two? And is it the same bolt patern to attach to the trans? also the t-case on the 89 alway has a thin damp coat of fluid on it, but is never low, shouls i toss in the one from the 87 and re-do all the seals in the 89? Thanks, 89'FSB ;)
