This one has me puzzled tho I have not dug deep yet
Hazards work correctly
Turn Headlights on and hazards do not work

All works as it should with head lights off

Passenger side front turn signal works until the head lights are turned on.
when headlights are on the bright element in the bulb lights but not the dim element
And she won’t blink
When parking lights are on it also lights the bright element in the bulb and not the dim element. The dim element never lights
I tried a new bulb. Same results
I verified power at the socket for bright element with fluke meter
I verified that there is no power to the dim element side of the socket under all conditions
What do you guys think? Possible headlight switch? Or bad wire some place ?

Bad headlight switch may be true, but wiring may be hacked as well.

if you did not work on the wiring and it worked, then I would vote for some switch went bad.

If you bought it this way, it can be a lot of wiring stuff.

After some testing it appears to be the bulb socket.
I cut it off. Striped back the 3 wires. White blue stripe Gets a pulsing 12 volt signal with blinker on
Brown wire gets a constant 12 volt signal with headlights on
new socket on order
