Just finished installing the twin sticks from JB Custom Fabrication. Excellent product, pretty good instructions. The only things I could gripe about and the're small things are the boot quality and the thin stainless hold down ring. I cut a piece of 1/4" aluminum for better holding.

The instructions show how to grind the shift rail, it's very smooth and still prevents you from doing bad things like the rear in low and the front in high. They supply all the hardware needed and I opted for the machined handles. Worth the money if you are looking into this option.

Want to cut some off those aluminum hold down rings for us? :toothless

Cutting and polishing the ring was a pain, if I was to do it again I'd have the plate water jetted. Supply a pattern and your imagination is all that holds you back, well besides money :).

What would you like pics of?

I meant was there something specific from the install :). Well now comes the bad news, it's a F150 not a Bronco. I've had the truck for 16 years and it's seen it share of changes. It was bought just for dump running and errands but then we got into mudding and that was the focus for years, snow was also alot of fun but hard on the body. It started with a 351M but lost oil pressure one day and so started the 460's. Now it's working it's way to full body off restoration. I've got SWB frame that has all the factory holes welded up, I'm welding up braces and making changes that I want before swapping the running gear. I hope to have the hydroboost/brake upgrade completed this year. It will be a street rod/drag truck but still have 4x4 attitude. It's not great at anything but I love it just the way it is and as my toy that's good enough for me :).

I'll write out the mods and blunders in a another post.

John.
