Twin Sticks from JB installed

Just finished installing the twin sticks from JB Custom Fabrication. Excellent product, pretty good instructions. The only things I could gripe about and the're small things are the boot quality and the thin stainless hold down ring. I cut a piece of 1/4" aluminum for better holding.

Whoa - that is a lot of giggle gas. VERY clean and well thought out build. Rock on man!
The blue interior threw me for a loop. Thought that maybe you had gotten a new toy. I'm not dissapointed that its a truck and not a bronco. I would have been dissapointed if you started posting pics of a chevy.
We've only made pulls on the dyno to check nothing would go bad, of course that day the distributor went, LOL. Trying to organize a trip between a few of us for Test & Tune, the track is 1 1/2 hours away and it never seems my shifts or time to play is available. I'll get some video when we get down there. The bottles came from work. I saw the brushed aluminum CO2 bottles and commented on how I could use those, the guy in charge of the area said make them disappear it would save him lots of paperwork. Well after converting nozzles, siphon tubes, hydrostatic check and NO2 fill I had to have a cradle made. Not a cheap project but it's also not something you see in the bed of every other truck, LOL. Hence the new plate:

The blue is the original colour but as parts rotted before making it a summer toy I had various colours. The flat black was a short term solution but I like it so much I might do it again when it's pulled apart.

What flat black (brand) did you use? Did you rattle can it or spray?
Got any pics of the engine?

The paint was sprayed, it's PX8 2 part with the clear mixed 1/1 with deadner. The flames I found on the net, you pick the style and size and they run off the peel and stick stencil. Once in the paint booth just line it up and peel the center part and spray, with time being money it's a cheap alternative. The flames are the same paint without the deadner.

It's getting dark but I got a couple shots of the motor;

The rusty panel is the access plate to the nitrous purge fitting in the cowl, looking at the pic reminds me I need to clean that up, LOL

The tank on the rad is an overflow tank for the power steering. The March billet pump assembly needs help to work with bigger tires.

The filter is for the tranny, the little plate on the fender is the electronic controller for the electric fan.

WOW that is a sweet ride! You must be proud of her.
Awsome truck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on top. Why are you asking?:scratchhe
thats what i did to get my 4 1/2 " rear lift

shakle flip and 2" blocks

The wedges are on top of the lift blocks ---is that correct ??
I can't picture being without it. Doesn't matter how bad the day, when I fire it up and go for a ride everything else goes away. Great thing about these forums is seeing the amazing rides people have put together, so many toys and so little time :).

I've always had/seen the blocks on top and wedges on the bottom...I don't think it'll matter much with a 2" block but any more than that and i would think you would run into even more problems with spitting blocks out...
