I grabbed a couple of 1310s so I could finally get a little 4x4 action, but the joint doesn't seem to want to sit properly on the axle, however the other went perfectly with the T-case. It just seems to be slightly too long. Seems to fit ok in the Slip yoke.

I thought it may be a Chevy 44 since the rear is Chevy but the axle tag reads the same as another tag when I did google, which was also a Ford 44. Also the whole 5 lug thing..

Anyone ever have this problem? (Tag number just in case anyone was wondering D8TA AHA 610047-13 LS)

Ford Differentials are on the driver side, Chevys are on the passengers. Chevys are also either 6 lug or 8 never 5 (unless converted to ford brakes). what year is your Bronco? is it a s.a.s? try getting one to fit your vehicle. when you find the correct part record it. Having a list of part numbers helps for future reference.
