I know several of the folks here lift weights regularly and I'm kind of at a loss for a workout for lats. I've lifted for many years (retired military), doing bent rows with up to 185 at a body weight of 185 which was good "back then". Now that I'm older and my spine is shot, is there some substitute that works? I've been doing one armed rows (supported) and pull downs, alternating behind the neck with in front. Can somone help an old fart out? Thanks in advance.

Id just say rowing. Im not a workout king at all, so take it what you will.

But the exercise where you sit down and pull back, like rowing a boat. That works the upper back pretty good.

Now someone will come in here and ill be completely wrong, but like i said im not a workout king.
