Looks to me like they are full of crap. From that image if it has new paint it is only on the rear half and maybe the hood (probably to cover rust). Personally I don't think that truck is worth $2500 but I'm also not that hard up for one. I want one but I'll wait for a deal even if I have to fix it up. Just the way I am. Now if you could talk them down to $1500 and it ran really nice that would be a different story.

Looks ok but I agree 2500 little much I've seen TWO 78s this week around here one for 800 the other 1500 both nice project trucks that already run good.
