I know how that is. I have more friends here at FSB than in real life.when I spent most of it with little to no friends,
Ya know, I started out thinking of FSB as a place different than "real life". But I've come to realize that I have real friends here too. People with similar interests that I'd be friends with if they lived in my neighborhood. We're just real people that are spread out. Yeah we don't always agree, & some are only here for their own gain, but in person people are like that too.I know how that is. I have more friends here at FSB than in real life.
Yep, just because we hide behind a keyboard doesnt mean it isnt real. Ive met about 20 people from FSB in person. Its always been a wonderful experience, just like we had been friends for 20 years. We help each other out, drink a beer (or whatever), and eat food just like "real friends". Heck i tooled around with some guys at the Bronco Takeover in Michigan last year that arent even on this site. No more of a correlation other than having broncos.Ya know, I started out thinking of FSB as a place different than "real life". But I've come to realize that I have real friends here too. I hadn't heard that song in forever........
You just dont have a loud enough stereo!Listening to music in my Bronco isn't practical, it's too loud when it's running. Maybe if I had on a headset like a helicopter pilot and had tunes running through it.
Yeah, what he ^^^^^said.......You just dont have a loud enough stereo!

Eh?Yeah, what he ^^^^^said.......
Been a long time since I heard that as well........
Ironically, i can attest........
Loretta and Conway were a duo made in country music heaven.Sorry to lose her. She was a stand out for sure. One of the greats. I remember my dad being excited bringing home the record of her duet Louisana Woman Missippi, Man with Conway when I was a kid.
I can't think of any other songs about the town, but remember hearing Johnny Mercer's song about the train.
