I really like that one also, the one by AJ. AJ has a lot of good songs.
My grandfather on my mother's side, worked for the C&O railroad for almost 40yrs. He had a bunch of memoriabilia from the Santa Fe lines.
I might still have some, amongst all the C&O stuff I have from him.

Loretta and Conway were a duo made in country music heaven.
It's funny, the thought of Patsy Cline & Loretta getting together upon her arrival brought up memories of the old Tex Ritter song I Dreamed Of A Hillbilly Heaven.
I've always thought that father & son didn't look much alike, but in that younger pic you can see the resemblance to his son John Ritter.

Johnny Mercer been dead longer than ive been alive! Never heard that one though. The A.T.&SF is still a large employer here but has since merged and become BNSF. A lot of the old A.T.&SF lines are still around, long abandoned like the Rock Island lines. I cross one twice every day, and if you didnt know it used to be there, you would
Yeah, Johnny Mercer was before my time too. I'm not sure if I heard it out my parent's stuff, or at one of the many swing dance camps where I've worked.

The Rock Island Line makes me think of Johnny Horton.

I only know Johnny Mercer from the Fallout video games. They have a lot of post war music on the in game radio station.

I had to quit. Too time consuming. And the newest one is an online multiplayer version that kinda sucks. Fun for a while but it gets too repetitive.

One of my favorites from the New Vegas game.

This is one of my favorites from Fallout. Makes me wanna take out a rocket launcher when fighting some raiders.

Interesting, I have new Vegas, and I have a decent amount of time on it, haven't heard that as of yet. I have way more time on fallout 3.

Yes, it is very time consuming, I haven't played much of anything in some time now.
I generally avoid online, preferring to play the story. I don't have any interest in trying to compete with a bunch of 12yr Olds who have nothing to do but play games. For me, it's something I do occasionally, for my entertainment.

Haven't played fallout 4..........
At this point, i'm way behind, as i have an older console, and don't play enough to really justify a new one, plus giving up the games I have and like

You havent heard it on NV!? Its on the western station, not Radio New Vegas. Marty Robbins' Big Iron is on there too.

You need to play FO4. Its a 10x bigger time sink than the prior titles! And a lot bigger. Its the one ive played the most, too much lol. It has a settlement building aspect that can take you 5% more time or 500% more time.

I got FO76 the day it came out. Was a lot of fun but i finished most of it quickly. The rest is repeatables or you need other players to help. I will say fighting the main boss is a lot of fun, and takes a LOT of ammo from 8 or more players. My god the empty shell casings on the ground after a fight like that lol!

Worked for me, without an amazon account.

Im not really a fan of Upchurch. Just something doesnt rub me quite right about him.

I listened to this the other day as YT had it in my suggestions... Im not a trump hater or lover. And i wont get into that at all. But i loved the original Jimmy Dean song and got quite a good laugh at this parody

And on a more kick ass note, i just found this song and have been rockin it often, volume at 11 and sub cranked to max. As much as i love Metallica, Megadeth kicks their ass.

Never heard that one, definitely entertaining.
Yes, a legend lost, the world is a lesser place
Lol i was just looking up when that song (One's on the way) was released and saw it was #1 on the Billboard country singles in '72. And it was written by the legendary Shel Silverstein! Also number 1 in Canada and number 14 in Australia.

I enjoy his stuff. It was sad to lose him. 3rd rock always makes me laugh.
Yeah me too. Honkytonk Attitude was one of the first CDs i ever had, way back when it was new. Ive still got it, a couple Brooks and Dunn early stuff, Little Texas, etc from my childhood collection.

I actually listened to Third Rock this morning too. Love it.

My 89 is the bestest time machine my money can buy. I try to make my soundtrack fit within that mind space so for me any classic Glen Campbell or absolutely ANYTHING Jerry Reed (also a Bronco man) puts me in a good place. So many times I’ve had people tell me the old truck smell and the music takes em right back to good ol days. Keeps me sane for now
