im thinking about making a custom shifter knob for my t-case. its going to be a 3D diamond with the card suits (hearts, clubs, spades, diamonds)cut out of the sides (my name is ace... it works for me). the designs will only be about 3/4" tall... what can i cut them out with? i was thinking some kind of rotary bit. the metal will be thin...

chop saw...sazall...jig saw...depending on how thick the metal is...take your pick.

take the designs to a fabricator and have them water cut them, that way it will look good.
