WHAT PRIZES HAVE YOU WON?

At EBC we like to give away free gifts, promotional items and run competitions with various prizes, including our recent Fiesta ST giveaway and our upcoming muscle car sweepstake (The EBC Brakes Muscle Car Sweepstakes (powernationtv.com)

This got us wondering, what prizes have people won, good or bad? Some of our team at EBC HQ have won clothing, free food and drink and even a holiday!

We want you to join in, and comment below with what prize you won, what you had to do to win it, and show us any photos that were involved.

We will send out a couple of free EBC Brakes gifts to one randomly selected participant along the way.

Lol... Ok... What have I won... Well I generally don't go in for contests, but when I would go to rabbit shows I'd put in for the local Chinese auction because it helped support the clubs and the hobby... Well out of 10 years of Chinese auctions I won ONE thing at a show my rabbit club hosted...

So... Yeah 🙄 The irony is it's pretty symbolic of my winning streak with pretty much every contest I've ever entered 😏

When I was 19 I won a 1985 Ford Bronco II. You might say that is where my Bronco live started.

Years ago in about 1993 or so I won a VCR at a company picnic. I already had a Magnavox smart sound tv so when I was looking at all the prizes gathered at the raffle prize table I saw the next best thing. An Magnavox VCR. I said I want that thing out loud, got my ticket for showing up to the company picnic and a couple hours later after some fun in the sun food and games the company held the raffle. I was so shocked when they called my ticket number for the VCR. God works in misterious ways

In 2016 I was in Vegas for Fabtech and on the last day of the 3 day event I entered a contest where you had to run a ring down the length of a rod that twisted and turned several times. The rod was touch sensative as in if you bumped it with the ring the clock would stop counting your time. The goal was to go from one end of the coarse to the other as fast as possible with out touching the rod and ring together. You get one practice run then you got your shot at trying to get the best time of the day out of all other entrants. The prize at stake was an Apple Mini Ipad II. I did it pretty flawlessly and with a very good time. The lady running the event said she was very impressed and was barely able to beet the time her self. We were about half way through the day and I was told to come back at the end of the day to see who had the fastest time. I showed up at the end of the day and she was smiling at me. I knew and I started smiling too. Woo Hoo a Apple Ipad Mini II all for just playing a silly game LOL. I was so thrilled. I still use this prize daily

I've won many other things like a year free premium subscription to a forum, stickers from a forum etc etc etc. I've won many things and don't expect to win hear but figured you might like to hear the stories.
