what is this?

its in the rear. i found that when i took (riped) out the carpet.
and i dont wanna mess with it to find out what it is.

EDIT: there is 2 of them back there.

that my friend would be one of many access panels to the body mount bolts that hold the body on to the frame. hope this helps you out
