summit has them. White steel 9.75x16.5 wheels w/ 5x5.5. They're about $45 ea.

yeah, it's free shipping but you get charged some unbeliveable amount for "handling"...
I know they used to carry this rim/bolt pattern combo, but i can't find it on their website right now:banghead ... maybe you could call them??
