I can't speak for WhinoCaballo but I've noticed a real effort down here in that regard. Of course you always have some dumb ******** that'll just throw there trash out on the trail but I'm seeing more folks picking up after themselves. Along the banks of the Pearl River here in central mississppi there are a lot of sand bars. You can reach most of them by 4 wheeler or truck trail and the locals have placed 55 gallon drums out there to collect trash. Surprisingly, everybody uses them!

I don't ever leave my trash on the trail or the road unless it's in a dumpster. Just because you see it on the ground in the pic don't mean that I left there.
