already pre drilled? for the explorer disc brake swap? wouldnt the replacements for this work?

i emailed them and this is how they responded.

John,
We can get those pre-drilled rotors for the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. They
would have the dual pattern, as do those we show for our rear disc brake
kits. You are looking at $55 per rotor. If you get all six at one time, we
could get them to you for $300 for all 6.
