...on an incline only?

i would've posted a pic but i couldn't figure out how to artistically convey this phenomenon of Ford technology :rofl:

My guess would be a defective resevior o-ring, or a crack in the resevior, or a defective cap, or that it's too full when hot and dripping out the vent hole.

Some good pictures would help. But so would an R&R & inspection.

gah if it's defective that would suck so much cause i just replaced it about 2 months ago..R&R? rest and relaxation?

Naw....Remove & reinstall. Or could be remove and replace. Depends on what the "inspection" part of the proccess reveals.

dang that pulley is a PITA to remove and reinstall..

anyway, its wet on the bottom of the reservoir where that meets the pump
