like the title says, i scored a 5.8 harness out of a 93 for free and im waiting on a 93 dog house to put in place of my ol crushed 86, any help is welcomed, thanx

Yup, the only difference is the 5.8 harness is a little wider in the back, won't be a problem though.

what do you mean wider, also the other part i for got to mention is that the 93 harness in going on an 86 motor

Just that you may have a couple of inches of extra wire behind the manifold. Not a problem, there's not much back there to do it any harm. Should work fine.
