I have an 89 bronco witt a 351w in it and i was trying to find out if my flexplate is balanced to 28oz or 50oz? I'm putting a manual tranny in and did'nt know if the 351w flywheels were like the 302's so if someone could help me I would greatly apreciate it.

well I originally bought a 50 oz and had to return it to summit because it was to heavy...ended using a 28 oz when we balanced the crank.

:stupid Yep, 28 oz. :thumbup Also note that the truck manuals use a different size flywheel from the truck automatic flexplate and the car manuals. Truck manuals are the 164T flywheel, everything else is the 157T flywheel/flexplate.
