Since the engine is pulled out of my bronco, I am going to go ahead and rewire it. I see that painless has a kit for the 1986-1993 302-351 engines equiped with the mass air flor sensor. I was going to do the mass air conversion but looks like i have to. If i do the conversion will this kit match right up?

I don't have knowledge of this specific kit, but I am comfortable with the Painless product line in general. I'd suggest you talk with their tech folks and get their story. The last time I was at the Painless facility in Fort Worth I listened to four guys doing little more than answering such questions. However if you don't know the price of this kit, check it out. Painless is proud of their products.

its for 89-93 and my bronco is an 88. Not sure how big of a difference that is. Would it work? And would it still require the mass air conversion?
