While your on the topic, I just realized that the people who get paid beans to mask up cars before a paint job should really get a pat on teh back.
Tht has got to be the hardest, most non-rewarding job ever.
I know I have done it.

Yeah... my Z is next... and next spring, the Bronco.

As for the Vette wheels on the Z, that's the first time I've heard them called "Don Johnson era." Maybe from now on, I should call them my "Johnsons."

then you'd have 4 johnsons. you'd probably be pretty popular.
Imagine that... and they'd already be equipped with rubbers!

Howdy mate.

paint looks good. Want some advice before you do that again?

park car on large blue tarp. Build a perimeter under tarp using 2x4s, or 4x4s. get hose, fill with an inch or two of water. Then shoot your paint. All overspray will land in the water and not float back up and all around. It also helps contain your paint water when your wet sanding.

And when your done your garage floor is still grey.

GREAT IDEA! (scribble, scribble - note taken) That's one of the reasons I post here... because you folks just keep coming up with stuff I haven't thought of and that I definately need!

thanks, CT!
