hey fellas, my 4x4 hasnt worked for about a year and a half, maybe longer since it hasnt worked since i bought it. but anyways it has the 1356 electric case and i was hoping to swap in a 1356 manual t-case. would i need a whole intire transfer case or could i swap the manual parts to my existing electric? thanks in advance! and yes i searched

its easier to go that way than to switch from manual to auto..

what have you tried to get your electric shift case to work? check some simple things like the switch and the servo motor before you go swapping

Are you sure that you have to cut the hole in the floor?

I was thinking it is already there - covered with a rubber or plastic. Maybe I am wrong. Either way, it's just a thought.

yeah usually there already is a hole, just with a cover bolted on it... you need to cut a hole in the carpet to fit around the new shifter boot though:D

yea ive been trying to find a control module with no luck, ive tryed 6 different ones allready but none work im going to make another trip to the junkyards next weekend to get prices for manual t-cases and/or control modules
