let me add I've put a few sets of these worm/sector gears in steering boxes before, this is my leftover personal stock that I'll probably never use at this point in life. the difference between rebuilding with these parts and a so-called "rebuilt" box is dramatic. the OEM Ford parts are far superior.

btw I've had the fancy painted colored steering boxes apart as well, and even they don't replace these gears. they shine up the old ones to save on costs. I actually returned a Redhead box and put one of these kits in the auto parts rebuild I already had instead. It was far better than the Redhead steering box that I had to return.
