Fuel Pressure Regulator Gasket

My truck has been in a shop for over a year due to it not running right after a rebuilt. I picked it up a few days ago and I have come to the conclusion that it's truly running Lean. First concern (of many) was that the Truck was not maintaining Fuel Pressure with key on, engine off (any thoughts)?? I went with Aeromotive Adjustable FPR (saw that jermil01 was running it). Lost the gasket upon installing. See pic below, all replacement FPR's have a one piece gasket. Will that work? I can't find the individual flat gasket like below. Larger hole in FPR mating plate doesn't have recess, I don't understand why all FPR's are suppling the one piece gasket that goes around both tubes (even Motorcraft replacement).

Thanks for the heads up! Do you recall what type of gasket you used?

BKO is running extremely Lean, if I got on it, even in slow speeds it would buckle and struggle. With new FPR, around town is normal, only struggles with highway driving now. I have it set at 60psi, but still loses all pressure when engine is not running (Ignition On).

Agree with @Gregor , 60 seems real high. I have a tune in my Bronco and the pressure is still only set at 50.
I'm surprised you were able to get fuel resistant o-rings at a hardware store.

FWIW, the aeromotive FPR on my rig has been relatively trouble free.

I need to start a new thread after I get to the bottom of this FPR issue but this is not a stock engine, in all honestly I don't know what the correct Fuel Pressure is, but stock is to low. I cannot get anyone to tune this engine in my area.

Back to FPR, below video (16:10 mark)shows what I was referring to in regards to gasket. Every FPR I found has the one piece gasket that goes around both tubes, tried to use but it is leaking (obviously) and O-ring was leaking as well. I am going to hit a Speed Shop near me tomorrow and see if the have these flattened O-rings.
