PCV Reroute

This is what I get for reading this forum daily....

Now I have to run to the parts store again. There's no way I can live another day without performing this reroute! :thumbup
You shouldn't need to, your PCV should already run directly into the main vacuum tree manifold.

Sorry for digging this thread back up, but I just did this reroute exactly as the OP did and my brake pedal is hard as a rock. Lots of work to brake and slow down now… lots. Any ideas what’s causing this? Ran new PCV to tree on top of intake, brake booster to back of intake. Thoughts?
Put your brake booster line back to where it was before and let us know what happens.

Doing a little more research here… possible that that old pcv port on the back of the intake is clogged? Also meaning the old pcv wasn’t even working anyway.
I’ll assume if I swap it back to original and braking is back to normal, there’s a clog in that rear intake port…
That would be my assumption as well. Let us know how it turns out.
