Anyone have an image of an 86 Eddie Bauer fender emblem? Mine is missing, I picture it looking like my center stack Eddie Bauer emblum, similar to my 96. With that said, does anyone sell them?

I found one used dash badge on ebay last night for $16.99 and ordered it, we will see how it fits on the fender badge in that blank space under the bronco lettering when it comes in. I can find a double sided 3M tape that will keep it on there if it fits.

I know I have a lot of time before I'm going to be putting badges on, you know that whole body panel replacement thing, welding, painting, ect...

Yes rare indeed, I've had 3 broncos before this 86. A 79 460 C6 an 85 XLT 351 C6 & a brand new 96 EB 302 auto, and i liked the crappy rusted out 85 the most, and of course I liked the nice-ness of the 96 EB.

When I saw this 86 EB, and it was in my favorite color (blue), even though the exterior was cosmetically not as nice as I would like have liked it to be, I had to buy it!! Now the fun part is making it really nice!

Ok my Ebay find labeled "87-91 dash Eddie Bauer badge" fits perfect on the fender badge of my 86 EB!! It is identical to my dash badge also, so I will keep an eye out for 1 more I am missing on the fender. I wonder if people use to steal these back in the day, or if it just fell out?? Who knows, but a little progress every day, & soon this will be a nice Bronco!

Got my cupholders in today & my slider vents. The paint arrived for the interior parts after I installed them of course.... I also installed the new front coil springs today, that raised it up 1 1/2", which I assume is all spring sag. Now I can go get it aligned finally! I also installed power mirrors off of a 96. Sort of a trial run before I buy new sheet metal.

Aren't those slider vents with the A/C setup just awesome!?
I did that in my '85, and it's great.

As for the Eddie Bauer emblem, I have one if you want it. It's been sitting on my workbench. I might have two.

I put the emblems from my '81 on my EB when I had some body work done:

I actually found out about the slider vents by reading your build post. Very.cool build!!

So when was at a local junkyard and found an 81 fire department truck, i nabbed the slider vents, and a bunch of front end brackets cuz it was all really clean & rust free. I appreciate the offer of the badge, but I just nabbed another one off of ebay this morning!
