unfortunatly for 87-91, alot of the connectors dont have pinouts in the EVTM. jsut like there is also no pinout for the firewall connector. theres jsut too many differences i nthe year/make/model/packages that i guess they didnt bother. but the EVTMs can help identfy wire color if youknow what yoiur looking at which will help.

if thats one of the 4-5 8-pin engine harness connectors, i always figuered you could get a universal 40-pin or similar DIY connectors. and you can combine them all into 1 big connector like the 92-96 does. more work but better appearence and easier. you can ge thtem pretty cheap and inclued all new pins, some inclued tools to crimp them even

to release those 8 wires however you remove that red divider in the connector. then you use a pick or needle to lightly pull the tab away from the pin and it will pull right out. the divider locks the tabs in place so the wires wont pull out as easy. when you do it enough it gets really easy. almost all electrical connectors work on that same idea
