Well, this one still needs fan baffles and color, but it is 99% done. New rail caps, total of 20,000uF per rail, new PS input caps, total of 60,000uF. Vertical gain pots are in, and the panel mount RCA connectors are in. Did a sound check, and it sounds awesome. No real power upgrades yet, but when the pair of ZPAs are done, I will still have one 800.1 to play with, and that is the one I will experiment on to see what works and what doesn't.

Wow! You do very nice work Jason! Looking at amplifier insides is almost better than porn to me. I used to go to a site called AmpGuts, but it has been renamed now to http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/ It is so cool to see how the designers lay out the internals on the high end amps, and to see how yours measure up on the inside . You can also tell which brands are the cheapest crappiest ones (even if they are popular and sell well). Kudos to you on a great project. It would be nice to see pictures of the rest of your collection as well!

Yeah, so I am way behind on this, but I finally dug most of my working amps out yesterday and took pics. I bought nearly all of these blown and repaired them, most still need refinished. Ill get them done eventually.

My working PG amps, Top row, 3 ZX600Ti's, I have a fourth that I modified with TO-3 outputs, it runs on my bench for reference. Next row, Two TI800.1's, The ZPA 0.8 which houses 2 more TI800.1's, a TI400.2 ans a black ZX250. Next row, TI1000.2, XS6600, and M100. Next row, TI1200.1, ZX500, and M44. Next row, Ti900.7 board (I still need to fab a case), really rough ZX450, Tantrum 1200.1. Next row, Ti800.1 board(for the second ZPA 0.8), Tantrum 500.2, and another Tantrum 1200.1. I also have a Ti500.4 that is installed in my car.

These are my biggest amps. Soundstream limited edition Tarantula, 2Kw, The ZPA 0.8, 3.2Kw into 2 ohms, Soundstream PIC1700, 1.7Kw, and I also have an Autotek mean machine MX3000.1 (3Kw) in my car.

My head unit collection, the Ural is the most rare, I believe only 15 made it to the US. The others are just various high end heads I amnot running right now. Eclipse 8544, Panisonic something or another, Clarion Drz835 and Drz745. I also have an Eclipse 7200MkII in my car.

Signal cable and some power wire, I have a 100 lb box full of more in my shop. Most of it is all high end Phoenix Gold stuf.

I calculated the bus bar to carry 76 amps, if that helps you.
