Why would anyone lift a truck 4" for 33s? They fit at stock ride height just by shimming the front bumper forward ~3/4".
your ego never ceases to amaze me. With all your hardcore wheeling background, i would have expected you of all people to understand the need for ground clearance, wheel travel and approach/departure angles that only lifts can provide. You must have forgot about that huh steve? Maybe if robs93lx didnt have a lift, the whole bumper would be thrashed and not just misaligned.

Robs93lx, that looks more like a 6" lift on 33's in that first pic, what lift is it, and are you sure its only 4"?

To the poster, while 33's may "fit" on a 96 by shimming the bumper, its not the most ideal way if you plan on actually wheeling much. IF you plan on going to 35's next, you may want to consider running a 6" lift now and just dealing with the somewhat awkward look for a while.

I think four inches of lift with 33's looks good. Sure, you can fit 35's, but it is a stretch. Not to mention maybe he doesn't want to re-gear...or he wants the extra room to articulate while flexing. And 33's with no lift is a strech as well...like steve said you have to trim or shim. With that logic, why don't people with six inches of lift run 37's?

Good looking trucks in there. I like how Jackharts' is set up. Very nice truck. I hope to have my 4" lift, rear spool and a few other fabbed up mods done by next summer. If I am a good boy maybe Santa will drop a few gifts under the tree. You would think at 34 I would have outgrown that, nah not really.

Here is mine,

I was told it was a 3" lift, but I think it might be a 4", either way, I like it. I think it looks better with all that extra room in the wheel well.

Jackhart, your truck looks sweet. Is that all of Dustins handy work?

I think this needs to the ultimate 33s-35s on 4" thread.....

I have pictures of 33s on 4" but need to fix the pictures.

Altho 35s fit they do rub and require trimming the front bumper, cutting a little off the rear part of the front fender, and rolling in the lips on the rear wheel wells to keep it from cutting the tire. On the street and mild wheeling it would be ok but as soon as you start getting twisted up you run into issues

33s clear no problem on 4"s

Awesome pics guys! Here's mine with 2" lift and 33x12.50 Pro Comp MTs on 15x10 black steelies. I still had to cut the ends off the front bumper as you can probably tell from the hack job I did on it, but oh well....

Right now it's running 33x10.50 BFG MTs on the stock 15x7 alloys, but the only pic I have with that setup isn't that great. Here it is next to Dean's cool 79 Bronco:

And Jackhart, like everyone else has said, that's an awesome looking Bronco. What color or color code is that? Mine is like a dark forest green, and I've seen a few around like mine, but I've never seen a color like yours. Might want to get mine painted that color later on.
