Spindle and Axle Compatibility - F150

I need to replace my spindle and and Outer Axle Shaft. I have the stock Dana 44.

I found a '76 F150 4x4 in a JY, and while the 5 bolt Spindle and axle shaft look the same, I want to make sure it's an exact fit before I go to the yard tomorrow.

Any experts out there that can advise me would be appreciated..

Once I began to dig around other sites, I found Jeff's Bronco Graveyard gave me the answer I needed.

You didn't say what you found out, but all solid axle 1/2 tons with disc brakes (1976-79, 5 bolt spindles) were the same, from the knuckles-out.
